The House of Representatives is the lower chamber of the LTE Congress.
It is, according to the constitution, composed of 1 representative for each 8 people, grouped into states (with a minimum of 1 representative for every state), with a term limit of 1 month.
Actualy, it is composed of representatives, distributed according to the population to the districts.
It is directed by the Speaker of the LTE House, which can only vote in case of a tie.
The number of representatives for every state is fixed by the LTE Constitution, but can still be changed.
